STEM For Adults sells digital educational content. When you complete a purchase, you immediately receive full access to all content for that subject — there is nothing to return. For this reason, all sales are final.

If you have paid for a subject and cannot access the content due to a technical issue on our end, we will resolve it immediately. This is not a refund situation — it's a bug we need to fix. Contact us at support@stemforadults.com and we will prioritize your issue.
If you accidentally purchase the same subject twice, contact us within 7 days at support@stemforadults.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. We take fraud seriously and will contest all illegitimate chargebacks with full transaction records.
If you have a legitimate issue with a charge, please contact us first — we will always work with you to resolve it fairly.
Purchases made through the STEM For Adults iOS app are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
